Parents Evening \u2013 12th February 2025<\/i><\/b><\/p>

We would like to discuss your child’s progress with a 10-minute slots between 6:10 PM and 8:00 PM. Please book your appointment with your child’s key worker starting from January 29, 2024. As you can understand, it is a long day for our staff, and in the past, some parents have not shown up for their booked slot, leaving staff waiting unnecessarily. March 2025<\/b><\/p>

World Book Day – Thursday 6th March 2025<\/i><\/b><\/p>

Children of all ages will come together to appreciate reading. The main aim of World Book Day in the UK and Ireland is to encourage children to explore the pleasures of books and reading. If your child would like to dress up as their favourite book characters, they are more than welcome (dressing up is optional).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Red Nose Day – Friday 21st March 2025<\/i><\/b><\/p>

Join in with us by wearing any fancy dress or bright clothes in exchange for a \u00a31 donation.<\/span><\/p>

Last Red Nose Day, schools and nurseries helped raise over \u00a35 million to help vulnerable people in the UK and the world\u2019s poorest communities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Group Photos – 27th March 2025<\/i><\/b><\/p>

If you would like your child to be in the group photo and your child does not attend this day, you will need to bring them into nursery and collect them afterwards. Time slots for each room are below, please ask a member of staff if you need to clarify which room your child is in.<\/span><\/p>

Stay and Play Easter Theme – Tuesday 8th April 2025<\/i><\/b><\/p>

Our \u2018Easter Stay and Play\u2019 will be 10am-11:15am. If you would like to attend, please can you let the office know by 28th March 2025 (max 2 adults). We will also be holding an Easter Basket Competition. If you would like your child to design and create a small easter basket, please bring it (named) in by Monday 31st March 2025. There will be a small prize for 1st place. (Please remember this is your child\u2019s artwork)<\/span><\/p>

Primary School Admissions – 16th April 2025<\/i><\/b><\/p>

Photos Individual – On a Summer Scene –\u00a0 Monday 12th May 2025<\/i><\/b><\/p>

If your child is in nursery on this day we will be taking them for their photos throughout the day. School Leaver Party \u2013 Friday 18th July 2025<\/i><\/b><\/p>

To celebrate your child\u2019s exciting journey from Sandytots Nursery, we will be holding our \u2018School Leavers Party\u2019 12:45 -15:45. We have lots of fun and exciting activities for them to enjoy with their friends ready for their next adventure to school. If your child is in nursery currently, you do not need to do anything. However, if your child does not attend on an afternoon, on this special occasion only, you may swap from the morning session to the afternoon session. Alternatively, if you would like the extra session the cost will be \u00a324.00.
